Behaviour Support Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join our team at WN4 Secondary Schools. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students who struggle to engage within lessons and require additional support within their studies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide KS3 and GCSE tuition sessions across a range of subjects, including Maths, English, Science, and Humanities.
  • Lead small classes and deliver pre-set revision resources.
  • Track and monitor the progress made by pupils within sessions and provide feedback to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience working with students with behavioural difficulties is a plus.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusivity and emotional well-being.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
