Inthis role youwill:

Facilitate thesmooth and professional running of the office facilities byensuring that all facilities are well maintained and supported withbudgets adheredto.


Keyelements to this role include but not limitedto:

  • Ensure office isclean tidy safe and in good working order at all times.
  • Keep on top of all issues regarding the officeand follow up in order to ensure issues are resolved as soon aspossible.
  • Complete daily cleaningcheck and liaise with cleaning staff/manager to ensure cleaningstandards are met/maintained.
  • Ensure correctcleaning consumable are received and reviewquarterly.
  • Ensure all additional cleaningservices are carried out as scheduled and to a satisfactorystandard.
  • Manage the ordering of all officesupplies including consumables and stationary ensuring they arepurchased at competitive prices and stocks are kept at acceptablelevels.
  • Ensure all Health and Safety policiesand procedures are adhered to.
  • Communicate allrelevant information to staff members.
  • Providegeneral administrative duties as and whenrequired.
  • Ensure office is wellmaintained.
  • Ensure all facilities contracts andmaintenance areuptodate.


Theskills we would love to see in yoursuitcase

  • Experience ofworking as a Receptionist or Office Administrator within an officebased environment.
  • Proficient user of MS Officeespecially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Abilityto multitask prioritize and work todeadline.
  • Attention todetail.
  • Confident dealing with people at alllevels.
  • Excellent organisationalskills.
  • Good awareness of Health & Safetyat work.
  • Proactive andflexible.
  • Professional telephonemanner.
  • Strongcommunicator.
  • First Aid/Fire Warden certified(ideal).
