My client is the UK's largest and Global Leading Scent Marketing company is looking to recruit a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join the UK business working out of their Head Office and Distribution Centre.

Located on the Slough Industrial Estate in, Berkshire, you will be part of a growing team of 60 employees servicing our customers across the UK /Ireland and Europe.

You must be computer literate, have great attention to detail who is accurate & efficient

Working on a computer, loading data on an in-house system (full traning provided)

You must have worked on a warehouse system prior, experience in working on a computer on a warehouse system, inputting date efficiently & accurately

Working as part of a small team of 4 and reporting to the Warehouse Manager we expect the right candidate to have relevant IT skill:

Ability / experience to use necessary business systems, you will be required to help plan and schedule core stock for the business together with the Warehouse Manager.

We are looking for an experience charismatic, energetic, and passionate individual to join our team and support our rapid growth plans.

Supporting Ecommerce you will be required to check orders, print order confirmations, pick and pack stock and raise necessary order/shipping labels.

Manage all incoming goods, ensure all goods are properly and accurately processed and inventory correctly stored as required by the business.

Pick and ship items for customers and engineers alike and create and print labels/ delivery notes accordingly and circulate relevant tracking numbers as required.

Assist and oversee with equipment testing and repairs as required.

Support and oversee customer /engineers returns i.e. check log in /test and repair.

Run necessary stock reports for vehicles and client returns to ensure there are no discrepancies and report any anomalies

Maintain a safe and clean warehouse, support colleagues as required and help future proof some processes with the support of the Warehouse Manager.

Loading, lifting, manual duties.

Complete any training as required by the business including working at height etc.

Other more detailed duties will be needed & as the business requires.
