The role

 

As a Terminal Operations Manager, you will lead the Customer Services department and deliver defined customer service and experience targets through a period of significant change. You will manage, monitor and continuously improve the customer service touchpoints provided to all guests across the Airport infrastructure, whilst ensuring that these services provided attain the highest professional standards and align to our airline partnerships.

 

You will also lead liaison with all relevant terminal stakeholder including Airlines, Ground Handlers and UK Border Force, and oversee and contribute to the design and delivery of projects impacting the Terminal operation, minimising disruption and ensuring all stakeholder and regulatory expectations are met.

We are looking for a strong leader with an appetite to strive for excellence. You’ll be experienced managing change, with a track record for identifying and delivering ongoing efficiencies and continuous improvement. You’ll also be experienced managing a regulated environment.
