Main duties of the job

Thesuccessful candidate will be working with the team to support people to raise andresolve their concerns. The main dutiesof the role are to deal with enquiries that the team receive. These can be via telephone, email or inwriting. The successful postholder mustbe an excellent communicator and be able to multi task.

Qualifications

Essential

Educated to academic Level 3 ( A-Level, NVQ 3, OCR/RSA 3, City & Guilds 3) in a Business/ Administration related subject Or Educated to academic Level 2 ( GCSE Grade A-C) with considerable recent NHS administrative experience and will be expected to undertake the relevant level 3 qualification on appointment to post I understand that I will be asked to provide original certificates to verify my qualifications at point of offer.
