Summary of the role

You will focus on maintaining Sales, Service, and Applications Dashboards, C4C data integrity efforts, sales reporting, sales forecasting, and analyzing data used in various NBS Next Element initiatives to improve business performance towards established targets. As Inside Sales Support and Administrative Assistant you will report directly to the EMEA Sales Director and also work closely with the Regional and Global EMEA Service, Applications, and Sales leaders and with the goal to help OSM EMEA achieve its Bookings, Revenue, Margins, On Time Delivery (OTD), and other Targets. In addition you will work on, General Administrative (GA) and Logistics Support.

Role and Responsibilities

* Regional EMEA Inside Sales Support.

* EMEA Bookings Forecasting for OSM EMEA.

* Maintenance and upkeep of OSM Sales, Service, and Applications Dashboards for EMEA.

* General Administrative and Logistics Support.

Skills and Qualifications

* Junior college graduate or equivalent.

* Bachelor's degree or above with Electronics/Mechanical/Technical major a plus.

* Customer Service or Inside Sales experience, or experience in a similar role.

* Knowledge of SAP and C4C.

* Good Computer Skills (Microsoft Office).

* Proactive, responsible, confident and customer-oriented.

* Results driven and a self-starter.

* Strong communication skills.

* Strong command of English.

Travel

* 5%, domestic.
