Purpose of the Role:
As we continue our rapid growth, we are seeking a Client Implementation Partner to join us at this exciting juncture. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of our products and services, supporting both our clients and strategic partners in their development aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Implementation Partner, your responsibilities will include:
  • Articulating Client Needs: Understand and shape client objectives into actionable deliverables, aligning solutions with business goals through deep discussions and technical analysis.
  • Planning & Management: Lead the creation and execution of detailed implementation plans, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring successful project execution.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the bridge between clients and our development team, triaging issues, gathering feedback, and leading technical readiness activities.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Support testing processes to ensure solutions meet client requirements and function as intended before launch.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Provide continued support post-deployment, addressing any issues or questions that arise before transitioning to our Client Success team.


Requirements We're seeking individuals with exceptional organisational skills and experience in technical analysis and/or project management roles. If you're proactive, adept at managing client expectations, and thrive in diverse conversations, we want to hear from you. While a financial services background is advantageous, it's not essential.

You’ll possess outstanding organisation skills and have experience within a technical analyst and/or project management role. You will be comfortable taking initiative, managing client expectations and facilitating the right outcomes across varied conversations. 

Technical Analysis and Project Management: Proven experience in technical analysis and/or project management roles, with the ability to organise and manage project tasks efficiently. Experience in defining project milestones, timelines, and deliverables. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients. Ability to understand and articulate client needs and objectives. Comfortable managing client expectations and facilitating discussions to achieve desired outcomes. Experience in client-facing roles, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction .
Financial Services Knowledge (Advantageous): Understanding of financial services industry operations and regulations. Familiarity with financial products, processes, and terminology.
Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements within the financial sector.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting, with a familiarity of software development processes and methodologies. Capability to liaise effectively between clients and development teams.
Planning and Execution: Strong organisational skills to create and execute detailed implementation plans. Ability to monitor progress and report on project status to stakeholders. Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Quality Assurance and Testing: Experience in planning and executing quality assurance and testing processes. Ability to ensure solutions meet client requirements and function as intended. Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities. Capability to identify issues and propose effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
Post-Implementation Support: Experience in providing ongoing support to clients post-implementation. Ability to address and resolve issues or questions that arise after deployment. Collaboration with client success teams to ensure smooth transition and client satisfaction.
Initiative and Accountability: Proactive approach to taking initiative and driving project progress. Accountability for project outcomes and deliverables. Capability to hold all parties accountable for meeting agreed-upon objectives and timelines.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely. Effective presentation skills to communicate project updates and findings to stakeholders.
