Manager, Key Account Customer Success - London - Hybrid

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Demonstrate an understanding of our customers' requirements and be the "Customer Champion", ensuring that their needs are met, their expectations exceeded, and they are retained by Dye & Durham.
- Act as a point of escalation internally and externally should issues arise with key customers.
- Manage proactive and reactive communications with key clients.
- Work with all departments to help improve the customer experience of key clients.
- Work with customers to understand the future roadmap and their specific requirements.
- Lead the development of document operating procedures for communication with key clients to drive quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
- To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered by the Company and to ensure customer loyalty is maintained.
- Visit customer sites where required in order to build and maintain business relationships
- To comply with all statutory legislation and to identify and report any risks or hazards
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- Experience in the legal industry would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed and highly organised.
- Personable with collaboration skills.
- Ability to listen and discern requirements or issues.
- Be able to work autonomously and manage your time effectively.
