About The Role: As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our visitors, manage our switchboard, and support our admin team with various tasks.

About Us: Scan Alarms are located conveniently in Mallusk and have provided sector leading services for over 40 years, we pride ourselves on providing unrivalled Fire and Security Services to our ever-expanding client base across Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland (ROI).

Key Responsibilities for the Receptionist/ Administrator:

  • Greeting visitors and managing the switchboard
  • Handling emails and relaying information to the appropriate team members
  • Scanning, filing, and organising client information and paperwork
  • Managing outgoing post and general admin duties
  • Assisting with sales enquiries via email and telephone
  • Compiling Sales Specifications and supporting team members as needed
