Project Support Co-ordinator

The University of Salford has an exciting new opportunity in The Office for Students (OfS) for a Project Support Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a varied workload and work to deadlines, a strong attention to detail and the initiative to develop and maintain the project timeline.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience providing high-level administrative support to a large team. As the Project Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the Universitys objective to grow and diversify our apprenticeship portfolio in order to address current and future skill gaps.

Key Responsibilities

Support the two Project Managers in the administrative coordination of the project, including organising meetings, sending invites and taking and circulating meeting minutes. Support the Finance Team and Project Managers in chairing monthly project meetings and collating individual Workstream Reports. Support the Project Managers in the administrative coordination of other project activities, such as lead generation and market insight campaigns. Support the Project Managers on submitting any future bids and tenders. Work with colleagues across the business, including both academic and professional services, to ensure the successful delivery of waves 1 and 2 of the OfS project.

The Directorate includes Degree Apprenticeships, UK and International Partnerships, the International Office, Salford Languages, Enterprise and the ICZ support team.
