The Role:

As a Corporate Partnerships Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our client's learning strategy. Your mission is to secure, manage, and retain income-generating partnerships with a range of relevant organisations. With your entrepreneurial flair, you'll identify exciting new business opportunities while working closely with our client's Marketing Manager, senior colleagues, and members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and build partnerships: Stay ahead of sector trends, research potential partners, and collaborate with colleagues to create compelling, tailored partnership offers. Lead partner meetings and engage with senior stakeholders to communicate our client's mission.
  • Income generation: Take ownership of creating and moving partnership proposals through the pipeline, supporting the development of learning and educational resources. Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities and contribute to pricing strategies.
  • Account management and retention: Provide exceptional relationship management to existing and new partners, ensuring a positive experience throughout. Deliver sponsorship benefits and maintain comprehensive partner data.
  • Global reach and collaboration: Explore international partnership opportunities and work with colleagues across the organisation to identify income-generating partnerships. Keep key stakeholders informed of partnership activities.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in negotiating and managing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Demonstrated success in income generation.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with multiple partners simultaneously.
  • Understanding of relevant external and internal regulatory environments.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent team-working skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
