ABM UK is a leading provider of integrated facility solutions. We are currently seeking Customer Service Officers to join our team. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries. In this role, you will assist customers with a range of issues including product information, account inquiries, and complaint resolution. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Assist customers with product information and account inquiries. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure their issue has been resolved to their satisfaction. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers. Record and maintain accurate customer information and interactions. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving ability and ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
