As the Sales Operations Lead you will be anintegral part of the continued success and growth at Albert RogerGroup thought the effective supervision of the daytoday operationalrequirements of the business.

Working closelywith the Sales Operations Finance & Planning teams todeliver a high level of service and account management withexisting retailers to coordinate order processing. A strongunderstanding of Logistics and Operations would be an advantage inorder to excel in this role.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Effectivemanagement support of the sales operations team to coordinate/monitor orders of our customer accounts across UK andEurope.
  • Develop retail customer relationshipsensuring you have a full understanding of their Logisticalrequirements and coordinate the team to deliver onthese.
  • Deliver excellent customer service witha clear understanding of our brands andexpertise.
  • Maintaining customer data throughour systems sales forecast and activityreports.
  • Work collaboratively with internalteams to maximise existing customer footprint and retention.
  • Use our ERP/WMS to properly keep informationupdated in our systems.
  • Plan workfloweffectively based on forecast anddemand
  • Coordinate activities and resourceplanning with our 3PL partners across the UK andEurope.
  • Plan and track the shipment of finalproducts according to customerrequirements.
  • Assist in arrangingtransportation where required and withinbudget.
  • Invoicing and creating requireddocumentation for shipments accounting and administrativepurposes.
  • Actively participate in the preparingof end of week and monthend Financial and Operational reports forSenior Management
  • Manage the dispute processand allocate resources to investigate and resolve quickly for thecustomer. Suggest ways to reduce furtherreoccurrence.

Skillsand Experience

  • Provenknowledge of operations within logistics or supplychain.
  • Customer focussed with a proactive andsolutionsled approach.
  • Strong commercialawareness covering pricing stock management andforecasting.
  • Confidence with communicatingeffectively at multiple levels.
  • Commerciallyfocussed with an understanding of budgets and how to achievetargets.
  • Ability to remain calm while workingunder pressure be extremely organized and have a customerorientedapproach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office WordExcel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Team supervisiondevelopment or management experience.
  • Knowledgeof Spanish French or German would be beneficial.
