You are an experienced personableoutgoing sales professional with a passion for buildingrelationships with clients both over the phone and face to face.You thrive when picking up the phone to call potential clientsdiscussing our products and their value or simply gatheringfeedback on our services.

You specialise inmaintaining a client portfolio in a B2B sales environment. You aredetailoriented in your work and able to follow a process and recordinteractions within a CRM. If you have direct experience withacquiring new customers and successfully retaining repeat businessthen we would love to speak withyou.


Aboutthe role
Our first role in a new AccountManagement team responsible for building relationships with dealersand enabling their business growth through our Dealer Subscriptionsproduct. Youll be reaching out to existing trade contacts andprospecting new leads from trade customers to discuss how they willbenefit from listing their stock on ourmarketplace.

You will report on customerengagement with trade listings to demonstrate the value of our siteto sellers. Visiting Dealerships to build relationships andmanaging renewal periods to retain their business. All interactionsand subscription details will be accurately logged within thesystem.

Were looking for a LeadAccount Manager that has good relevant experience and wants to maketheir mark in a rapid growth business where they can make a realdifference whilst enjoying the environment andculture.


Roleandresponsibilities:

  • Buildingand maintaining excellent relationships with Trade sellers/clientsensuring a renewal retention rate of85%.

  • Acquiring 10 new Tradecustomers onto our listing subscriptions per month throughprospecting or your own book ofcontacts

  • Maximising thebenefit to our Trade customers and growing their account withus.

  • Organising and attendingface to face meetings with Tradesellers/clients

  • Maintainingaccurate records within a CRM and subscription managementplatform

  • Create reports oncustomer engagement for Trade sellers/clients

  • Follow up with Tradesellers/clients to review our service and secure subscriptionrenewal


Theskills attributes and experience you musthave:

  • B2BSales: Experience working in B2B sales ideally inthe automotive industry working with independentdealerships.

  • Prospecting:Experience in generating sales relationships from scratch throughmultiple channels such as outboundcalls.

  • Targets& KPIs: Demonstrable experience working andexceeding in a targetdrivenenvironment.

  • RelationshipBuilding: Excellent customer service skills able tobuild longlasting relationships with clients.

  • Communication& Presentation: Excellent verbal and writtenEnglish and highlevel communication skills.

  • Proactive:A handson getstuffdone actionorientatedapproach.

  • Passionate:Interest in classic cars is abonus.
