What we’re looking for…
The Finance Manager - Product Costing and Procurement is a key role within the Barr Soft Drinks Finance team. It has responsibilities across a number of financial processes and also faces into the business through providing financial support to the functional business units The role holder must have the ability to work with the detail, but also raise it up and engage with stakeholders across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for product costing and relevant P&L areas such as Overhead Recoveries and Purchase Price Variance, as well as business partnering COGS reduction and other product change projects.

The successful candidate will have;
CIMA/ACCA/ICAS or equivalent qualified, high level of numeracy and accuracy are required in most areas of accountability with the ability to add value in improving processes and systems; Around 5 years PQE spent in industry, preferably within Consumer Goods Strong leadership, collaboration and business partnering skills, especially in cross-functional contexts. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and transfer into meaningful financial information for use in business decision making. Previous experience of costing within a manufacturing environment is highly preferred, with substantial relevant management reporting experience as necessary. Experience using JD Edwards operating system would be beneficial.What we offer…
