We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as the New Business Manager, Not for Profit Sector. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with not-for-profit companies and their people.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Field telephone calls, training sessions, and responding to incoming inquiries.
  • Prepare deposit illustrations to show clients and prospects available products.
  • Conducting demonstrations for prospects.
  • Follow-up leads to ensure maximum conversion throughout the client journey.
  • Undertaking research on sectors and prospects.
  • Utilising a range of communication methods to establish new relationships.
  • Liaising with other departments to onboard new clients.
  • Management of existing client book to help maintain relationships and grow the business.
  • Accurate and timely completion of our CRM systems.
  • Producing and analysing management reports.
  • Attending networking events and conferences where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity clients, acting as a trusted provider and strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and retention.
  • Support in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within Not-for-Profit and Charity client accounts and assist in the preparation of proposals.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial services industry, Not-for-Profit sector, or fintech.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Client-centric mindset with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service within the Not-for-Profit and Charity sector.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Not-for-Profit and Charity partners, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business requirements and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
