Here at Telford Hall we provide an exceptionalstandard of specialist nursing palliative and dementia care to ourresidents with a particular focus on nurturing each individual toachieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningfullife.

Led by highlyexperienced management team our dedicated team are committed andpassionate about what they do and how they support our wonderfulresidents. Through an inspiring Activities programme and stronglinks with the local community we encourage our residents to forgerelationships and friendships that will create a thriving homeenvironment.

As a Care Assistant at our homeyour role may involve:

  • Undertaking any necessarytraining
  • Supportingour residents with personal care and hygiene mealtimes and gettinginvolved with daily activities
  • Providing emotional support andcompanionship
  • Supporting our residents to live an enrichedand fulfilled life focussed on their individual hobbies preferencesand abilities
  • Maintaining high standards within the carehome environment
  • Working flexibly as part of a team to ensureour residents' needs are met

*Overtime is paid for working over fulltimehours. Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and aresubject to terms and conditions. Discounts are accessed using our‘Reward Me’ app. Flexible pay is available via‘WAGESTREAM’. .
