Here at Telford Hall, we provide an exceptional standard of specialist nursing, palliative and dementia care to our residents, with a particular focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Led by highly experienced management team,our dedicated team are committed and passionate about what they do and how they support our wonderful residents. Through an inspiring Activities programme and strong links with the local community, we encourage our residents to forge relationships and friendships that will create a thriving home environment.

**As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve**:
Undertaking any necessary training
Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and getting involved with daily activities
Providing emotional support and companionship
Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
