Here at Telford Hall, we provide an exceptional standard of specialist nursing, palliative and dementia care to our residents, with a particular focus on nurturing each individual to achieve personal goals and to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Through an inspiring Activities programme and strong links with the local community, we encourage our residents to forge relationships and friendships that will create a thriving home environment.

**As a Care Assistant at our home, your role may involve**:

- Undertaking any necessary training
- Supporting our residents with personal care and hygiene, mealtimes, and getting involved with daily activities
- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting our residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focussed on their individual hobbies, preferences and abilities
- Maintaining high standards within the care home environment
- Working flexibly as part of a team to ensure our residents' needs are met
