Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, and complex health needs to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, medication, and daily living activities
  • Assist with moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment
  • Work collaboratively with the Care Manager to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:
