The Head of Growth will work with the relevant teams across marketing, product and IT to drive effective acquisition, activation, retention and reactivation growth strategies across our estate.
Key responsibilities:
Define and execute our active retail client growth strategyBuild and lead a strong growth team that will dominate our category.Instil a fit for purpose framework for continual testing and optimisation of performance spanning both acquisition and retention activities.Establish program measurement methodology for growth marketing and drive ROIContribute to client engagement leadership to define go-to-market plans, service architecture and solution design.Prioritize opportunities for improvement and growth; generate data-driven hypotheses that inform strategies for campaigns, experiments and initiatives.Analyse and optimise the performance of growth initiatives and their related content using a combination of qualitative and quantitative feedbackRun weekly growth meetings with relevant teams such as client engagement and web development to ensure growth initiatives are delivered to plan.Setting the digital strategy, and executing the plans to scale growth in Search, Display,Paid Social, Mobile, Affiliates and SEO across our markets.Assessing suitable resources, partners and tech requirementsWorking closely with the internal product team to drive digital automation projectsConstantly keeping up to date with industry innovation to open out new opportunities for acquisition and retentionConduct post-experiment analyses and deep dives, and present recommendations and findings from test data
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential criteria
5+ years’ marketing experience with at least 3 years of growth marketing experienceRelevant growth strategy and market development expertise, with deep analytical and modelling skills.Email, push and sms marketing experience from ideation to executionEntrepreneurial spirit and passion for growth, tough challenges, and building a business. Willingness to get your hands dirty.Experience implementing experiment based optimisation frameworkGrowth mindset, humility, and the burning desire to own your domain and your workExperience working with web development, content and design resource. Working to tight deadlines.Attention to detailStrong verbal and written communication skillsBachelor’s degree from a top-tier university; MBA beneficial.-
