We specialise in Web and Software Development, as well as marketing services through our brand Climb Online.
We’re not stopping there. We already have plans to increase our headcount and global footprint, to become one of the most recognised agencies in the industry.

What the role involves:
Job title: Head of Growth
As Head of Growth in the UK, you will be overseeing the entire sales strategy from management to execution, setting long-term goals, and ensuring alignment with the Groups’ objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Create and roll out sales plans to hit our goals across all services.
- Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, COACH and grow the sales team to boost performance and drive growth.
- Geographic expansion: Maintain control of North American market and grow this to become a primary geographic region for the Group.
- Consolidated services: Develop and grow xDNA Group’s wider capabilities including software and creative design.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to spot growth opportunities and tweak our strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales metrics, adjusting our approach as needed to meet targets.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with marketing and media teams as well as all stakeholders, nurture relationships to ensure we have a unified approach to acquiring new customers.
- Budget Management: Plan and manage the sales budget, including forecasting and resource allocation.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Support Group CEO on any acquisition targets and opportunities.
We want you to have:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a digital agency.
- Team management experience.
- Strong people management skills and a proven record in maintaining and building client relationships.
- Experience in digital marketing B2B sales or consultancy.
- A proven track record of proactively identifying business opportunities, problem solving and creative thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain the relationship between effort and results to clients.
- Understanding of interplay between Social, SEO & PPC.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Experience in implementing high-end sales processes and structures into a team.
