Administrative Coordinator

My well established and reputable client in the Kidsgrove area is currently seeking an experienced and savvy Administrative Coordinator to join their team.
 
Main responsibilities of this Administrative Coordinator role:
  • Efficiently schedule and book jobs, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery
  • Communication effectively between internal teams and clients
  • Handle all aspects of contracts, managing and maintaining records
  • Update the CRM system to ensure all customer and job information is correct
  • Perform a range of general administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office
Skills required for this Administrative Coordinator role:
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks and manage your own workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
