Administrative Coordinator Role

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join their team in Kidsgrove, Stoke-on-Trent. This is a permanent position with a competitive package.

Main Responsibilities
  • Schedule and book jobs efficiently to ensure smooth operations and timely service delivery
  • Communicate effectively between internal teams and clients
  • Manage contracts and maintain accurate records
  • Update the CRM system to ensure customer and job information is correct
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office
Requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
