Nous recherchons pour l’entité Flexi France, filiale du groupe TechnipFMC basée à Le Trait (76) à proximité de Rouen, un.e Responsable d'Unité Autonome de Production (H/F) à pourvoir en CDI.

En tant que Responsable d'Unité Autonome de Production et sous la responsabilité du Responsable d'Equipe de Production, vous devrez :

Piloter l’activité ou intervenir en support d’une ou de plusieurs équipes d’opérateurs et de techniciens d’atelier, de conducteurs de machines ou de lignes de production. Garantir le suivi de fabrication en veillant au respect des règles de sécurité et des impératifs de production en termes de sécurité, qualité, quantité, coût, délai. Vous êtes l’interface avec les différents services techniques et supports du site.

Job Description

Pilotage et Gestion de l’activité :


• Affecter et répartir les compétences dans les différents îlots.
• Ajuster en temps réel les effectifs en fonction des besoins et aléas pour maximiser le taux d’engagement.
• Solliciter les ressources supplémentaires pour atteindre le taux de couverture planning de 100%.
• Contribuer à une bonne communication ascendante et descendante au sein de l’équipe.


Management :


• S’assurer des ressources nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service.
• Maintenir un bon climat social dans l’équipe.
• Créer un climat propice au développement et à l’amélioration des processus.
• Développer les compétences des collaborateurs.
• Contribuer à l’élaboration et suivre les budgets du service.
• Soumettre les propositions investissement CAPEX.
• Identifier les contraintes du service et proposer des plans d’action.
• Contribuer à la définition et au suivi des indicateurs de performance, proposer et suivre les plans d'actions qui visent à les améliorer.
• Participer à l’ergonomie dans le secteur en améliorant les conditions de travail et à accroître la productivité.
• Accompagner la gestion du changement, insuffler la dynamique (performance, HSE, améliorations relations interpersonnelles).


Coordination / Organisation du programme de production :


• Vérifier les flux entrants et sortants de l’atelier.
• Vérifier, corriger et préparer le reporting de l’activité.
• Préparer et animer la réunion de production journalière.
• Consolider et transmettre les consignes.
• Contrôler l’état de marche des équipements et réaliser les demandes de travaux auprès de la maintenance.
• Vérifier la déclaration d’activité et codifier les aléas.
• Garantir la traçabilité process / produit (gamme réglages…).
• Garantir le respect des points d’interventions.
• Vérifier et valider les instructions spécifiques sur projet.


Identification des actions, ajustements et mise en oeuvre des améliorations continue :


• Conduire les analyses lors de dysfonctionnements HSE, Qualité, de non-performances et proposer des solutions.
• Participer au déploiement de la démarche Lean.
• Animer des groupes de travail et Réaliser des actions d’amélioration continue.

You are meant for this job if:

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 à dominante mécanique. Vous avez un niveau d’anglais intermédiaire.

Horaires : 2X8 et Nuit

Connaissances techniques : Management d'une équipe, connaissance en gestion de projet, animation de réunion, connaissance méthodes et outils de résolution de problèmes, connaissances outils du Lean, connaissances techniques en mécanique.

Connaissances informatiques : Pack Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, …), utilisation d’un ERP.
