Nous recherchons pour l’entité Flexi France, filiale du groupe TechnipFMC basée à Le Trait (76) à proximité de Rouen, un.e Ingénieur.e Coordination et Optimisation avant projet (H/F) à pourvoir en CDI.

En tant qu'Ingénieur.e Coordination et Optimisation avant projet et sous la responsabilité du Responsable Gestion des Appels d'Offres, vous devrez :

Assurer la coordination des Avant-Projets de fourniture de produits flexibles jusqu’à réception de la commande de la filiale commerciale. Être force de proposition et assister la Regional Business Unit afin d’optimiser les réponses à appel d’offre (scénarios de fabrication).

Job Description

En tant qu'Ingénieur.e Coordination et Optimisation avant projet et sur la base d’une demande de cotation vous devrez:

Assister les Regional Business Unit dans l’élaboration des offres en phase avant projets avec le support des autres départements de Flexi France (Planning, Achat et Approvisionnement, Méthodes et Industrialisation) : Prendre en charge les demandes de devis. Valider la faisabilité des demandes en prenant compte les spécificités du client. Fournir le planning d’exécution. Réaliser les analyses de risques. Assurer le mécanisme de protection des matières premières avec le support des achats/approvisionnement. Passer en revue le « scope of work » et proposer des optimisations (Qualité/ Coût/ Délai) à la filiale commerciale. Coordonner les échanges entre la Regional Business Unit et les autres usines du groupe en cas de transfert de charge inter-usine. Elaborer la fiche de prix des avants projets, les frais d’annulation. Assurer la revue de la commande avant acceptation et réaliser la passation d’affaire au Chef de Projet Fabrication qui va gérer l’exécution du projet. Alimenter les outils de reporting interne/externe. Accueillir les clients pendant les phases d’Avant-projet. Organiser des réunions d’approbations avant de soumettre les appels d’offres avec la Direction.

You are meant for this job if:

Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 à dominante mécanique. Vous avez un niveau d’anglais avancé.

Connaissances techniques : Base en mécanique.

Compétences particulières : Connaissance du milieu offshore Oil & Gas, connaissance du produit / flexible.

Compétences informatiques : A l'aise sur l'outil informatique, Pack office
