Job Purpose

Rattaché au Responsable Performance Opérationnelle, l’analyste stratégie et flux d'informations industriels d'informations soutient par l’analyse des données industrielles l’optimisation de la performance des processus & de la démarche Lean en proposant des améliorations pour le site de FlexiFrance. Il développe des outils d’analyse / benchmark, assure une veille technologique pour faciliter les décisions stratégiques.

Job Description

Analyse industrielle :

Être garant de la fiabilité des données industrielles issues de la plateforme data « Snowflake » mises à disposition aux responsables des départements / Être garant des règles de gestion de structuration des différentes bases de données entre elles / Exploiter et interpréter les données pour en pour en faire un levier de création de valeur, en mettant en avant les corrélations ou encore en définissant les destructions de valeur (value destruction) / Présenter les résultats des analyses et faire des recommandations pour faciliter les décisions stratégiques de l’entreprise à la Direction Générale et au Groupe / Produire et analyser les données nécessaires à la conduite et l’évaluation de la performance des plans d’actions stratégiques / projets d’amélioration/ Reporting / Comprendre précisément les problématiques métiers et les traduire de manière analytique. (Standards de KPI, reporting, outil analytique…) / Utiliser et faire la promotion des outils méthodologiques de résolution de problèmes, de conduite de réunions, de lean management

Analyse flux d’informations industriels :

Recueillir et hiérarchiser auprès des opérationnels les besoins d’évolution du système d’information et assure l’interface avec le service informatique pour engager les projets d’évolution / Consolider ces besoins avec les autres entités manufacturing du Groupe / Participer aux groupes de travail consacrés aux projets en lien avec le système d’informations du manufacturing / Animer des groupes de travail / Piloter la gestion du changement liée à ses projets / Evaluer le retour sur investissement et les contributions à la réduction des opérations à non-valeur ajoutée

You are meant for this job if:

Bac+5 – Master : data analyse ou Diplôme d’école d’ingénieur avec spécialisation en finance, contrôle de gestion, production.

Expérience de 3 ans en milieu industriel souhaitée

Compétences techniques : Expertise dans l’analyse de données massives (big data), Gestion de projets, maîtrise des démarches d’amélioration continue et veille

Compétences particulières : Connaissance des processus financiers, connaissance du business et du produit

Compétences informatiques : Bonne connaissance du système d’information, Maîtrise de l’outil bureautique (Pack Office). PowerBI, sharepoint ERP (SAP Hana)..

Compétences linguistiques :Anglais niveau avancé, Portugais apprécié
