We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Sous Chef at Le Deli Robuchon, you will play a key role in assisting our head chef in the daily operations of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their culinary skills in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of breakfast and lunch dishes
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and taste
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • Help manage inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food hygiene regulation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen, preferably in a deli or similar casual dining environment
  • Passion for cooking and a keen interest in culinary trends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
