Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition
Join Our Team as Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition at The University of Manchester
Are you a dynamic and strategic leader ready to shape the future of reward and recognition in higher education? Do you have experience leading a Reward, Benefits and Recognition team If the answer is yes, then we have the perfect role for you
As one of the UK’s largest single-site higher education institutions, with 13,000 colleagues and 46,000 students hailing from 170 countries, when you join our University, you become part of a truly diverse and global community as Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition.
It is an exciting time to join the University of Manchester during our bicentenary year, following the appointment of our new Executive Director of People, Eleanor Morrissey, and our President and Vice-Chancellor, Professor Duncan Ivison as we create our ambitious new strategy, Manchester 2035
We are seeking to recruit 4 new Directors within People team, one being a Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition, to strengthen the leadership function within our Directorate and help deliver a People Strategy that enables us to achieve our strategic goals.
As Director of Reward, Benefits & Recognition, you’ll shape and innovate reward strategies, benefits offerings, and remuneration decisions to attract and retain world-class talent.
