We have an exciting position available for a Healthy Homes Co-Ordinator Team Leader to join us 

You’ll provide support to the Healthy Homes Team, undertake a wide range of duties to assist surveyors, trade operatives, and other duties as required to support/lead the Healthy Homes Team Coordinators. You will oversee and manage effective customer liaison services, whilst taking a lead role in assisting the Building Surveyors, Trade Operatives and Healthy Homes Manager in delivering all associated services as required. 

What we’re looking for: 

  • Appropriate academic qualification or relevant experience in leading a team 

  • Accuracy and attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Excellent IT Skills (must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word) 

  • Management and liaising with stakeholders (Customers, Contractors and Colleagues) 

  • Strong ability to organise systems, implement processes, and engage people efficiently 

  • Strong analytical and numeracy skills
