Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Performance Manager to join our dynamic team at Betfair Gaming. As a Senior Performance Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the performance of our gaming products, driving revenue growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement performance strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability across all gaming products.

Analyze key performance metrics, including player acquisition, retention, lifetime value, and churn rate, to find opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience, to align performance objectives and drive initiatives that enhance the gaming experience.

Utilize data-driven insights and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop actionable strategies to capitalize on them.

Lead A/B testing and experimentation initiatives to optimize gaming features, promotions, and user experiences.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.

Establish performance KPIs, track progress against goals, and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

Proven experience in performance management, preferably within the online gaming or betting industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.

Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms, such as Looker, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence partners at all levels.

Strategic approach with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
