You will maintain the freehold and leasehold properties within the group estate for hard and soft services that can affect the day-to-day operation of retail, health & safety and cost control within the groups own and legal requirements as instructed.

Specifics

  • Liaise with the Deputy Retail Facilities Manager
  • Administration of any software systems used to control operations
  • Scheduling of planned and reactive facilities requirements for hard and soft services
  • Invoice checking and PO raising in line with group requirements
  • Organisation of works with contractors in line with group requirements
  • Dealing with stores, contractors, suppliers and various internal departments
  • Dealing with new acquired sites. 
  • Quote interrogation and approval in line with group requirements
  • Project work as and when required
  • Supporting the wider group facilities team as well as your own team members
  • Involvement in store closures.
  • Working on the ARMS Portal system.
  • Taking and making calls on the Facilities mobile phone  
  • Cover Main Reception for absence/holidays
  • ADHOC duties
