Senior Treasury Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team at Frasers Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role:

The Senior Treasury Analyst will be responsible for managing all aspects of cash management and cash operations. This includes forecasting and analyzing variances to ensure accurate cash flow projections, monitoring daily cash positions, and ensuring sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

In addition, the successful candidate will oversee group RCF facility, coordinate drawdowns as required, monitor group intercompany loans and cashpool balances, and maintain relationships with the bank, resolving any issues related to accounts or transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash forecasting and analyze variances to ensure accurate cash flow projections
  • Monitor daily cash positions and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs
  • Oversee group RCF facility and coordinate drawdowns as required
  • Monitor group intercompany loans and cashpool balances
  • Maintain relationships with the bank and resolve any issues related to accounts or transactions
  • Prepare treasury-related reports, including cash flow forecasts, liquidity reports, and variance analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
  • Work with the Head of Treasury on wider project work

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification, and/or a Treasury qualification (ACT)
  • Proven experience in treasury operations within a large multinational environment
  • A track record of delivering process improvements and adding value within the Treasury function
  • Advanced Excel skills, with proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization
