What you'll be doing

Responsible for delivering in an agile way the technical solutions inc. planning, finances & resource Ensure the scope is agreed & understood and driven from proof of concept, to minimal viable product  Own and deliver projects from design through to live implementation and/or withdrawal Own the network delivery of portfolio/release from the concept to market.  Ensure the solution meets the business and manage delivery change control at work stream / network delivery level and determine on acceptance or rejection of changes to an agreed scope  Ensure all impacted teams engage and commit to deliver plans, and identify any challenges & prerequisites Design and drive improved working process for efficient live deployment  Ensuring that platforms/components can commit to delivery commitments  Work with the wider team, in an agile way including vendors, designers, security and product owners  Providing opportunities to work on a wide variety of technologies for Global Services, Enterprise and Networks in new emerging technologies and markets. Identifying risks, opportunities and issues, and taking corrective actions to resolve Manage the finances across the Programme and provide updates to stakeholders.

Experience required:   

Working with stakeholders across diverse teams, cross-matrix teams, inside & outside BT Project management skills to deliver business benefit Informed decision-making, problem-solving, joint planning  Track-record of leading matrix/task teams through change  Developing a challenging and supportive team culture Expertise in complex and intricate network design delivery and authority. Risk and Opportunity Management inc. strategies delivery & business risks Systems (eco-environment) & commercial thinking  Understanding & experience of managing budgets, and funding supporting teams within Networks Working in an agile methodology & tribes An appetite and proven history of self-learning for the future. Nice to have:  working in an agile methodology & tribes lead matrix/task teams through change and develop a challenging and supportive team culture.
