Job Description

We are seeking a motivated SEND Operations Assistant to join our client's team on a temporary basis. This role supports statutory processes related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including the Annual Review Process and triaging incoming communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate responses to notifications and requests related to SEND.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of the Annual Review process.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for parents, carers, and partner agencies.
  • Provide administrative support in the Education Health Care (EHC) Assessment Process.
  • Maintain accurate data tracking systems related to SEND processes.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Education: RQF Level 2 or equivalent experience.

Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.

Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
