Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated SEND Operations Assistant to support essential functions related to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). This role is pivotal in managing statutory processes, including the Annual Review Process and handling incoming communications efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate responses to notifications and requests concerning SEND.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the Annual Review process.
- Act as the primary contact for parents, caregivers, and partner organizations.
- Provide administrative assistance in the Education Health Care (EHC) Assessment Process.
- Ensure accurate data tracking systems are maintained for SEND processes.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Education: RQF Level 2 or equivalent experience.
Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the SEND Code of Practice 2015.
Skills: Strong communication, time management, and organizational abilities.
