Job Title: Office Administrator - Scheduler

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator - Scheduler to join our team at Operations Resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling Field Service Engineers to visit premises and resolve maintenance faults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve maintenance faults by scheduling Field Service Engineers to visit premises
  • Coordinate parts and materials for site visits
  • Accurately record and maintain records of site visits and maintenance activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and engineers via email and phone
  • Pass security checks, including DBS checks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
  • Ability to pass security checks, including DBS checks
