Brain Injury Lead Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Wrexham. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Working Hours:
Tuesday:14:00 – 20:00, Sleeping Night 20:00 – 08:00
Thursday: 07:00- 20:00,
Friday:14:00 – 20:00,
1 weekend in every 4 - Saturday and Sunday: 07:00 – 18:00
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions.
- Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
- Providing emotional support and companionship.
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients’ conditions.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the specified hours.
