We are seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our friendly, award-winning team as a Move In Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE

Your focus as Move In Coordinator will be to Support the Administrator by leading initial conversations with enquiries, and coordinating all showarounds with the Customer Service Manager.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Greeting people politely and professionally whether in person or by telephone.
  • Managing the process of show rounds and train staff team to manage to the expected standard.

This list is not an exhaustive list of the responsibilities, and other tasks and responsibilities may be allocated to the role which are appropriate for the skills and experience expected in this role.



To be successful in your application, you will live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful and accountable in all that you do.

Our ideal candidate must:

  • Have experience in a previous administration role, sales experience is preferred.
  • Posess effective interpersonal skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Have strong customer relation skills.
  • Be able to prioritise and manage own workload.
