SBMC Training Manager

This is a 32 month fixed term contract, based in Erskine Scotland.
The ideal candidate must have L&D9DI qualification as an essential requirement for this role.
Many who leave the Armed Services transition to civilian life successfully. However, for some, it can be an incredibly challenging time – particularly for those who face unique daily struggles with physical or mental disabilities. We provide a truly comprehensive, flexible and rewarding training programme which can help our veteran community and other disadvantaged groups regain their independence and achieve their goals in life.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of SBMC, this role will deliver recognised accredited qualifications and wider training needs based on activities within SBMC’s manufacturing facility in Erskine, and support of wider RBLI Training initiatives.
The role will assist in the wider development aspects of SBMC including expansion of both formal and informal training programmes, welfare support models and volunteer engagement and will support SBMC’s operations in quality management and general development of the programmes and procedures across the business.
