The RoleWe are seeking an experienced and compassionate Volunteer Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Volunteer Development Department, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the effective functioning of volunteer management processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing comprehensive administrative assistance to the Volunteer Development Manager, ensuring smooth operations in volunteer recruitment, training, documentation, performance management, and recognition.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Volunteer Development Manager
- Manage volunteer recruitment, training, and documentation processes
- Assist with performance management and recognition of volunteers
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of volunteer data
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize volunteer engagement and satisfaction
- Dayforce Wallet – employees have the power to request up to 50% of their earned pay, on-demand, in between pay periods
- 28 days annual leave plus 5 public holidays, increasing to 33 days per year
