Assistant Manger

Duties:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house tasks
- Provide support to the management team in overseeing and coordinating restaurant activities
- Help with bartending duties, such as preparing and serving drinks to customers
- Assist in the kitchen with food preparation and cooking as needed
- Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they adhere to food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the restaurant
**Skills**:
- Strong leadership abilities, with the capability to supervise and motivate a team
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including bartending, kitchen procedures, and food preparation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Attention to detail to ensure quality control and adherence to food safety standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules

**Salary**: £25,500.00-£28,000.00 per year
