Spire Leicester Hospital are looking to bring on an Maintenance Assistant to join their established team providing a comprehensive engineering and maintenance service within the hospital, which ensures a safe environment for all Patients, Visitors, Staff and Contractors.
Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.00-16.00Duties & Responsibilities:
To lead on waste management and Monitor waste against Spire policies. To undertake some planned preventative maintenance keeping all necessary written records up-to-date. To have a flexible and versatile approach to all duties. Carry out decorating repairs. To escort contractors/visitors around site when required.. To provide in-house day to day maintenance service. To have the ability to prioritise all day to day maintenance work/problems and take action on requests from department relating to breakdowns/repairs as appropriate.What we are looking for:
To have a good standard of education with a proven track record of practical skills Good communication skills with experience in a customer focused environment Able to prioritise demands against resources To be computer literate Experience of working within an Engineering or Healthcare environmentBenefits:
