JobOverview:

Rock Insurancerequires a Programme Director to join our team on a permanent basisand deliver complex solutions for leading brands.

Thisleadership role will be at the forefront of driving strategicplanning execution and delivery of programs that align with ourcompanys goals and values. As Programme Director your influencewill span across various functions harnessing the power of ourteams to achieve exceptionaloutcomes.

Role andResponsibilities:Strategic ProgrammeLeadership:
  • Develop and implementoverarching programme strategies that align with organisationalobjectives.
  • Provide visionary leadership toensure programme outcomes are achieved on time within budget and tothe highest quality.
  • Comfortable in a everchanging environment with demonstrable experience of stabilisingand managing demand from stakeholders and balance the deliveryacross a portfolio of programmes andprojects.
Team and StakeholderManagement:
  • Lead inspire and managecrossfunctional teams across the programs lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internaland external stakeholders ensuring alignment and effectivecommunication.
Risk Management andQuality Assurance:
  • Identify assessand mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle to ensuresmooth execution and delivery.
  • Ensure allprogramme deliverables meet the highest standard of quality throughrigorous quality assuranceprocesses.
Financial and ResourceManagement:
  • Oversee programmebudgets and resources ensuring optimal allocation and financialhealth of the program.
  • Implement financialcontrols and reporting mechanisms to track program performance andoutcomes.
  • Fortnightly SteerCo reporting(including attending agile ceremonies to ensure uptodate comms aredelivered to thebusiness)
Innovation and ContinuousImprovement:
  • Champion innovationwithin the programme by exploring new methods technologies andprocesses.
  • Lead continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance program efficiency effectiveness andstakeholdersatisfaction.

RequiredSkills and Experience:
  • Extensiveexperience project and programme management experience as well asexperience in managing large scale accountsdemonstrating successfulprogramme delivery.
  • Strong leadership skillswith a proven ability to inspire and lead teams towards achievingexceptional outcomes.
  • Excellent stakeholdermanagement skills with the ability to engage and communicateeffectively across all levels.
  • Robustunderstanding of financial management project/programme governancerisk management and quality assurance methodologies.
  • Experience in deploying innovative solutions andcontinuous improvement methodologies to drive programexcellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to operatestrategically with excellent analytical problemsolving anddecisionmaking capabilities.
  • Experience workingin an Agile and Waterfallenvironments.
