The Position.

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms.

You'll create and implement social media strategies that align with our business goals and industry trends. You'll be part of the wider marketing team, collaborating closely with multiple functions across the business.

Requirements

  • Content Creation: You’ll develop engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including writing posts, creating graphics, and curating content to maintain a consistent brand voice and message.

  • Community Management: You’ll engage with and Interact with followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive and active community around the brand. This includes monitoring social media channels for customer feedback and managing online reputation.

  • Strategy Development and Implementation: You’ll put together and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives. This involves setting key performance indicators (KPIs), analysing metrics, and adjusting strategies based on performance data. You’ll bring fresh ideas and lead on them to improve our visibility and profiles.

  • Collaboration and Co-ordination: You’ll work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and integrated campaigns and be a dynamic and passionate collaborator.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

  • Relevant experience in community management and/or social media management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience with social media management tools 
  • Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual content
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Experience within a start-up environment
  • Fluency in French - A core language of the business

It would be a plus if you have:

  • Experience with Video content editing and production
  • Experience with branding and design
