Based primarily at South Kensington Campus, the role will involve travelling to other campuses and working on a 5 over 7 days contract. Reporting to the Sports Development Manager, this graduate role is dedicated to the smooth administration of all BUCS/LUSL fixtures and individual competitions, as well as supporting clubs with acquiring officials, appropriate transport, and facilities for their activities. In addition, this post will be involved in sports development initiatives and events delivery.

Following training and taking on additional tasks and responsibilities the role can progress to a Level 2a based on performance. This role also provides you with the opportunity to grow within a department that values and nurtures talent, and to make an impact through our

Coordination of the organisation and communication of sports fixtures to home and opposition teams in British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) and London Universities Sports Leagues (LUSL) competitionsSupport to the Senior Sports Development Manager with the delivery of sports club committee trainingActing as the main point of contact for sports club captains for sports queries and for opposition institutionsCoordinating entries into BUCS, LUSL and one-off sports competitionsMaintaining accurate records of team contacts using the systems availableCoordinating student sports club’s facility bookings internally and externallyProviding administrative support for the department and attend relevant meetingsProcessing club charges for competitions on Union systems as requiredComplying with Imperial and Student Union policies, procedures, and constitution at all timesSomeone with a flexible approach to work
