About the role

We are seeking an experienced Insights Lead to join our People Analytics team. In this role, you will collaborate with rest of People Data and Analytics team, and different expertise areas to create insights and recommendations to support strategic HR initiatives and decision-making. You will leverage your statistical expertise and analytical skills to uncover patterns, identify key drivers, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their people analytics needs and define relevant research questions and hypotheses. Leverage statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis and experimental design to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Interpret and communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, translating data into clear and compelling narratives. Develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to support HR initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the people analytics function, identifying opportunities for process optimization and advanced analytical approaches.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

Bachelor's degree in a field such as HR, I/O Psychology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering data-driven insights and recommendations Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and data visualization Experience with A/B testing, driver analysis, and other statistical modeling techniques Proficient in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., R, Python, SQL)

Preferred

Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a data-driven mindset Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, data scientists, and business stakeholders
