Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to inform recruitment and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment and talent development success.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions and drive strategic growth.
