We are seeking an experienced Insights Lead to join our People Analytics team at Haleon, a new world-leading consumer health company. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their people analytics needs and define relevant research questions and hypotheses.

Using your statistical expertise and analytical skills, you will leverage techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, driver analysis, and experimental design to derive meaningful conclusions and recommendations. Your ability to interpret and communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in translating data into clear and compelling narratives.

As an Insights Lead, you will develop data-driven recommendations and strategies to support HR initiatives, such as talent management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the people analytics function, identifying opportunities for process optimization and advanced analytical approaches.

We are looking for a collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR professionals, data scientists, and business stakeholders. If you have a strong understanding of statistical concepts, experience with A/B testing, driver analysis, and other statistical modeling techniques, and are proficient in statistical software and programming languages, we encourage you to apply.
