 Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Restaurant
Supervisor to join the Omboo family. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in
overseeing the daily operations of our Pan-Asian restaurant, ensuring that
every guest enjoys a dining experience that is nothing short of extraordinary.
If you are someone with a hands-on approach, strong leadership skills, and a
love for Asian cuisine, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

 

 Your Role in our
Family:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager in the
smooth day-to-day management of Omboo.

- Supervise, train, and inspire the Omboo team to
consistently deliver exceptional service.

- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies,
standards, and procedures unique to our Pan-Asian dining concept.

- Lead by example to guarantee guest satisfaction, ensuring
each visit to Omboo is memorable.

- Coordinate and direct the team to provide seamless,
attentive customer service.

- Drive sales, enhance profitability, and elevate the
overall guest experience.

- Assist in managing departmental budgets, staff schedules,
and administrative tasks.

- Maintain rigorous standards in cash handling, stock
control, and security procedures.

- Uphold the highest standards of Health and Safety
compliance.

- Embrace and promote the distinctive culture and ambiance
of Omboo.

 

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
within a five-star hotel or high-end restaurant environment.

- Previous experience in Pan-Asian cuisine or a strong
interest in Asian dining concepts.

- Proficiency with Micros systems is a plus.

- A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer
service.

- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.

- A passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and a
commitment to excellence.
